If you like the Girl Scout Samoas, you’ll most likely enjoy these.

These Samoas Cookie Bars have just a hint of Shortbread in them, but they come very close to the “real thing”.

Sorry girls, but in a tough economy, sometimes you just have to say “no” to the girl scout at your door, painful though it may be.

But rest assured, you can ease your pain with these for substitutes. While not an exact match, they come close enough to do the job. While Samoas are not my favorites due to the coconut topping, I have to say that they are actually really tasty. My husband sure didn’t complain!
